Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has approved the immediate appointment of seventeen new permanent secretaries into the state civil service.

In a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Yinka Oyebode the new permanent secretaries were appointed in a bid to further reposition the civil service for optimum delivery.

The governor mentioned the new permanent secretaries to include,Mr Mayowa Emmanuel Oyedeji, Mr Idowu Olalere Oguntuase, Mr Samson Olufemi Osasona Mr Adetiloye Fatoba, Mr Ayodele Michael Ajimati, Mrs Mercy Olabisi Arogundade, Mr Joseph Aderemi Obaparusi and Mr Bamidele Simeon Arowosola

Others are Mr Abayomi Michael Opeyemi, Mr Ibrahim Titilope Ganiyu, Mr Samuel Akinjide Akinleye, Mr Oluwadare Benjamin Ajayi, Mr Adebayo Ajobiewe,Mrs kemisola Olabisi Ayegbusi, Mr Matthew Olusesan Fabamise, Dr Williams Mobolaji Afolabi and Mr Adeniyi Olatunji Familoni.

The governor had this morning accepted the voluntary resignation of eight permanent secretaries who retired from the state civil service.
