The Allied Peoples Movement, APM, has called on the President of the Court of Appeal to disband the newly constituted Ogun State Governorship election petition Tribunal.

National Chairman of the Party, Alhaji Yusuf Dantalle made the call in Abeokuta while addressing newsmen over the petition submitted to the Court of Appeal President in Abuja.

Alhaji Dantalle alleged that the chairman of the newly constituted tribunal, Justice Josephine Coker ‎was appointed a judge by a leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu while he was the governor of Lagos state.

He also alleged the new Tribunal chairman would not be fair to the APM petition having previously worked with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who has a stake in the Ogun State governorship election.

Alhaji Dantalle who called for a complete change of the entire panel stated that the party was confident of emerging victorious from a properly constituted governorship election petition Tribunal.
