An okada rider who identified himself as Kayode is now cooling his feet in police custody for the alleged physical assault of passenger Rokibat with a stone.
According to report, Rokibat boarded a commercial motor cycle from wire and cable to Apata but the motorcyclist refused to take her to Apata on the claims that police would seize his motorcycle.
While the altercation was ongoing between the motorcyclist and the passenger, another motorcyclist who identified himself as Kayode picked up a rock and stoned her on the fore head.

Rokibat was however rushed to a private hospital to get first aid treatment.
Speaking before the arrest, Kayode said it was the devil that pushed him.
Rokibat told Radio Nigeria that it took the intervention of passersby to arrest Kayode who fled immediately after stoning her.
However, Kayode has been whisked away by men of the Nigeria police force with the assistance of an officer of the Federal Road Service Corp.
