The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the results of additional 15,490 Candidates.

This is in consonance with the promise made by the board during the release of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination that it would probe the identity and involvement of some candidates, who were suspected of being involved in examination malpractice

A statement by JAMB’s head of Media, Dr Fabian Benjamin said the release followed experts /review of the affected candidates, who were requested to upload certain credentials for scrutiny.

The board had conducted fresh examinations in two centres in Abuja and Otuoke, for 490 candidates, who missed the examination as a result of apparent communication lapses.

Dr Fabian said the board was committed at sanitizing the system to ensure that only qualified students were enrolled into tertiary institutions.
