Nigerian army has begun its 2019 Army Day Celebration, NADCEL nationwide.
The programme, which is an annual event cut across all Nigerian Army formations with different activities.
The 2 Division, Nigerian Army, Odogbo Cantonment have embarked on environmental sanitation at Agodi Gate, Ibadan as part of activities marking the day.
Leading the team, General Officer Commanding, G.O.C, 2 Division, Major-General Okwudili Azinta said the activities were parts of the military corporate social responsibilities.
General Azinta who was represented by Chief of Staff, Brigadier-General Koko Isoni noted that the division chose Agodi Gate for the environmental sanitation to contribute its quota in ensuring clean environment.
The programme which began today will end with Jumat service on July 6th this year
