Makinde Forwards More Commissioner Nominees to Oyo Assembly

Oyo State House of Assembly has received three new commissioner nominees to work with Governor Seyi Makinde. 

In separate letters to the House, Governor Makinde forwarded the names of Professor Raphael Afonja, Alhaji Joke Sunni and Mr Fakorede Oluwaseun as commissioner designates. 

The Speaker, Mr Adebo Ogundoyin while announcing the names on the floor of the House during an emergency plenary said the nominees will be screened tomorrow. 

The three new commissioner nominees when cleared will make the Oyo State commissioners to be seventeen.
