Arrangements have been concluded for the maiden edition of Governor’s belt boxing competition in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
Speaking at the unveiling of the belt, the secretary, Ogun State Boxing Association, Mr David Osuolale explained that the step was part of the programmes to develop the sport the state.
Mr Osuolale who noted that competition would be a top notched solicited the support of relevant body towards the success of the event.
Mr Osuolale restated the association’s determination towards the promotion of boxing in Ogun state.
