Oyo Govt has achieved great feat in education – UBEC

Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, says its intervention fund will ensure that education is more accessible. 

UBEC, State Coordinator, Dr Lydia Gbagi stated this at UBEC/OYOSUBEB intervention project bid opening held in Ibadan.

Dr Gbagi, who explained that Oyo State Government had achieved a great feat in the education sector and such achievement had strengthened the collaboration between UBEC and Oyo SUBEB.

In a reaction, Chairman, SUBEB Oyo State, Mr Nureni adeniran gave assurance that the process would be transparent.

Mr adediran, while noting that best bidder would secure the contract ,implored the eventual winner of the bid to utilize it as and when due.

 Facilities that were bided for included modern school boreholes and furniture.
