The Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Prince Suraj Adekunbi has advised the electorate in the State to maintain orderliness and peaceful conduct during tomorrow’s governorship and House of Assembly elections.
Prince Adekunbi who gave the advice at an interdenominational prayer session in Abeokuta, emphasised that the measure was a crucial factor in the successful outcome of the polls.
He urged the eligible voters to troops out enmasse to cast their ballots for candidates of their choice that would give them good and quality representation in government.
The Speaker while appealing to the Security agencies to carry out their duties without harassment or molestation of the electorate, expressed optimism that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, would conduct credible, free and fair elections in the State.
Prince Adekunbi equally gave the assurance that the House of Assembly would ensure that more people-oriented legislations were given the necessary attention before the expiration of its tenure.
