The Ondo State Governor, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, says that the state security architecture is to be overhauled in view of the emerging position of the state as investment and industrial destination.
Receiving the report of the first Ondo State Security Summit held in January this year, the governor assured that the report would be look-into by the State Security Council, State Executive Council and Ondo State House of Assembly to have a security policy document for the state.
Earlier, the Chairman of the committee, who is also the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Administration and Policy Planning, Mr Jones Ogunmusire had informed that the report came in two volumes, which included the one that distilled the various contributions from the public in form of memoranda and the second being the compilation of the presentations made by resource persons.
