The Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Ibadan has been besieged by political party faithful, family and friends of honourable members elects, for the inauguration of the 9th Assembly.
People trooped out in their large numbers to witness another history that is to be made in Oyo state.
While many of the guest were denied access to the parliamentary buildings, others have filled the beautifully decorated Assembly’s chamber to capacity.
Recall that the era of the 8th assembly, under the speakership of Mr Olagunju Ojo ended yesterday after a four year tenure.
