Zonal Director, Radio Nigeria Ibadan, Alhaji Mohamed Bello has canvassed the need for re-orientation of media workers to enable them deliver on their mandate.

He stated this while speaking at the Staff Forum held at the studio one of the broadcasting house Dugbe.

Alhaji Bello noted that knowledge of the chain of Radio broadcasting needed to be imparted into the practitioners so as to make them carry out their duties smartly.

Delivering a talk on discipline at work place, Assistant Director, Administration at the station, Dr. Adenike Aremu urged members of staff to shun acts of truancy and indiscipline.

She also urged the staffers not to be negligent in their duty so as not to overwork other colleagues to avoid break down of health.

Also speaking on the topic, Fear of Allah on Official duty, Alhaji Abdulrasheed Adewale, a producer at the station, enjoined the staffers to discharge their duties with the fear of Allah saying corporate achievement is a chain and must be acknowledged.

In his own contribution , Mr. Taiwo Sowande, from the Marketing Department who spoke on love for God ,Love for ourselves, and loving your work explained that love is central in relationship hence it is essential at work place.

Mr Showande admonished the staffers to guard against misunderstanding, selfish interest, unforgiveness and suspicion.

Promotion letters were distributed to members of staff.
