Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has inaugurated 7-man committee to scrutinize the account of the 33 local governments and the 35 LCDAs from last year January to 28th May this year.Inaugurating the panel, Governor Makinde said the step was not to witchunt any anyone but rather to recoup money traceable to individuals, and as part of the drive aimed at delivering dividends of democracy to the people.Governor Makinde who noted that the panel is headed by Justice S.L Popoola (Retired), urged the committee to carry out the task effectively.Similarly, the governor has set up five – man visitation panel to each of these institutions: Ibadan Polytechnic, Eruwa Polytechnic and Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki to find lasting solution to the crisis that engulfed the institutions.Governor Makinde explained that term of reference for each of the committees based is on the peculiarities of the institutions.The governor, who noted that the committees have three weeks to submit their  reports, urged them not to be biased in the assignment.The chairman of the visitation panel to the Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa is Mr Wole Oladokun while that of the Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki is Dr Remi Ayodele.Iyabo Adebisi
