Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, has approved the sum of five hundred thousand naira as bursary to each of the 120 Oyo state indigenes in the Nigerian Law School.

Governor Makinde, who received a delegation of the Law School students in his office on Tuesday, charged the students to persevere in the face of challenges.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to Governor, Mr. Taiwo Adisa notes that Governor Makinde approved the sum of N60 million to cater for the 2019/2010 backlog session of Oyo State Indigenes in the Nigerian Law School to assist them.

Governor Makinde urged the students to ensure that they come back home to make contributions to Oyo state after their studies.

Responding, the leader of the student forum Mr Olaniyi Ogunlade, appreciated the Governor, promising that he and his colleagues would make the best result in the history of Oyo state students in the Law School and present the results to the Governor.
