Ondo State Government says it will always support the security agents in the country.

This is to give them the needed morale to address problems of insecurity in the land.

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu gave the pledge at the launch of over six kilometers road at the thirty two artillery brigade Akure.

Governor Akeredolu represented by Deputy Governor Agboola Ajayi said the government embarked on the construction of the road to better the life of the serving security men.

The governor disclosed that the gesture would soon be extended to the Police barracks in the state.

In an address, the Commander, Thirty Two Artillery Brigade, Akure, Brig. Gen Zakari Abubakar thanked both Ondo State Government and the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for coming to rehabilitate the roads within the barracks.

Earlier, the General Officer Commanding, GOC, 2 Division, Nigerian Army, Ibadan, Major Gen. Anthony Omozojie appreciated Governor Akeredolu and NDDC , saying the army was committed to tackling insecurity bedeviling the region.
