Traders affected by fire disaster in Ogunpa market have called on Oyo State government to come to their aide.
Fire broke out on Friday night and razed ten fabrics shops.
Some of the affected traders, who spoke with Radio Nigeria said though no life was lost, valuables worth millions of Naira were destroyed.
Three of the traders who are from the same family lamented that the inferno had
crippled their family business.
“Most of us are graduates, we ventured into this business because we could not get jobs, we were just called in the middle of the night,by the time we got there it was already too late. We saw our goods burnt into ashes. We want Oyo State government to assist us”, the traders said.
