Police will ensure adequate security in Oke-Ogun – Oyo CP
The Commissioner of Police Oyo State, Mr Shina Olukolu has promised Oke-Ogun residents adequate security of lives and property.
CP Olukolu gave the assurance in Saki City Hall as part of his working visit into the area.
The Oyo police boss explained that all hands were on deck to safe lives also promote peace in the Southwest.
Mr. Olukolu advised men and officers of Nigeria Police to always maintain their integrity to win public trust.
A retired commissioner of police, an indigene of Saki, Alh Suleman Oroyin, appealed to the people of Oke-Ogun to give police support in order to make community policy work easier.
Those at the meeting were Oke-Ogun obas and chiefs, other security agencies in the members of Iseyin Youths Forum, farmers, hunters, Fulani herdsmen.
