The association for deaf including its teachers and interpreters have called on governments at all level to include learning of sign languages in school curricular.

A disability activist, Mr. Ayoade. Elegbede who spoke during a lecture to commemorate the day in Ogun state said the step would bridge communication gap, eradicate stigmatization and promote peaceful coexistence.
