Beneficiaries of the World Bank Assisted State Employment and Expenditure for Results Project, SEEFOR in Delta State have commended the interventionist agency and the State Government for projects sited in their communities.
They made this known to journalists whilst on an inspection tour of projects facilitated by the World Bank and the European Union in Delta North Senatorial District of the state.
