Family, Friends Eulogise Late Venerable Godwin Daramola

Late Venerable Godwin Bamidele Daramola has been described as a great preacher, who had lived his life meritoriously to serve God and humanity. 

At a service of songs held in his honor at the All Saints Church, family, friends, church members, and well-wishers showered encomium on the late educationist and priest, highlighting his good deeds while alive. 

Speaking with Radio Nigeria, some of them said Venerable Daramola built an outstanding relationship with people and recorded a peaceful tenure during his 15 years pastoral position at All Saints Church, Jericho, Ibadan. 

 In a short exhortation on the topic “What is life”, the Venerable Rufus Okeremi who said Late Venerable Daramola stood for excellence at all times, charged young priests to take a cue from his consistency in serving God. 

In an emotional laden voice, one of the deceased twin sons, Mr Kehinde Daramola, who said until his death, Venerable Daramola was his mentor, explained that he would be greatly missed for his fatherly support and promised that the children would continue to project the good name their father has built. 

Final burial arrangement for Venerable Godwin Daramola, fondly called GB ends today, with a service at All Saints Church Jericho, Ibadan, at 11 o’clock in the morning after which his body will be committed to mother earth at All Saints Rest Park, Ido-Eruwa road.
