Security has been beefed up in various flashpoints in Ibadan to enable people go about their lawful businesses and forestall disruption of public peace.
This followed disturbance which occurred yesterday in the wake of the inauguration of park managers by the state government.
However, our correspondent who visited Challenge, Orita and Molete motor parks early today reported that commercial drivers were carrying out their businesses without threat to public peace.
At Iwo Road and Agodi Gate motor parks, armoured personnel carriers were sighted.
The Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Mr. Shina Olukolu warned all members of NURTW members and anyone with the minds of fomenting trouble to desist or face the wrath of the law.
