Christians have been urged to live exemplary lives worthy of emulation

The Vicar in charge of St James’ Anglican Church, Upenmen, Owo, Reverend Bunmi Folarin gave the charge in a sermon at the funeral service for Pa Samuel Alabi Obagbayegun.

Rev. Folarin noted people should leave an indelible mark to be used as a point of reference.

The Vicar urged Christian faithful to shun evil and embrace peaceful coexistence

The clergyman described the late Pa Obagbayegun as a peace loving, devoted and caring father, who contributed his quota to the growth of the Church and development of mankind.

The funeral service was attended by dignitaries from all walks of life, staff members of Federal Radio Corporation Nigeria, FRCN Ibadan Zonal Station including the General Manager of Positive FM Akure, Mr. Tunde Abiodun.

Late Pa Obagbayegun who died at the age of 83 was survived by Children and grandchildren including a staff of the news department of Federal Radio Corporation Nigeria, Ibadan Zonal Station, Ms Funmilola Obagbayegun.
