Former vice president Atiku Abubakar has announced that his son has tested positive to coronavirus.
He made the announcement on Twitter while also 1commending the NCDC and health workers for stepping up during “this time of challenge”.
It is not immediately clear if the son is among the 4 confirmed cases in Abuja.
Nigeria has confirmed 30 coronavirus cases. Four in Abuja and 22 are in Lagos. Ogun has two cases while Ekiti and Oyo have one each.
There has been no record of the death or critical illness from the disease.
