Some aged women and vulnerable children have begun to receive relief materials as part of measures to cushion the effect of the current total lock-down on business activities caused by the outbreak of coronavirus.
Distributing the relief materials, the executive director of a non-governmental organization, Gender Mobile Initiative, Miss Omowumi Ogunrotimi said the programme was put in place having realized the effect of the government’s directive for people to stay at home.
