The atmosphere at the residence of the late Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Chief Richard Akinjide remains calm as more guest are being expected his resident located at Jericho.

Among the early callers, this morning were Mogaji Olajire Obisesa of Ile Aperin and representative of Olugbon of Ile-Gbon

Radio Nigeria correspondent, who monitored the situation, reports that the condolence register placed at the entrance of the building had been filled by representatives of PDP, CCII, traditional rulers, political office holders, legal practitioners, religious leaders, high profile individuals and family members

The representative of Olugbon of Ilegbon, Oba Sabitu Oyetunde described late Akinjide as a man of the people who had wielded great influence locally and internationally.

Speaking the next line of action, the personal assistant to late Akinjide Alhaji Ibrahim Ademola said the family members had not met to take any decision.

Sanitizers and hand washing buckets were made available for visitors while social distancing was also maintained as a precaution to contain the spread of COVID-19.
