Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has admonished its officers and men to be professional and polite when discharging their duties, especially during the curfew and lockdown.

NSCDC Commandant in Oyo State,  Alhaji Iskilu Akinsanya stated this during a net meeting with his officers and men on how to work harder and effective.

He noted that the officers needed to be civil in their approach in dealing with civil populace while on Covid-19 lock-down enforcement duty.

Alhaji Akinsanya stated further that officers should work closely with journalists as they are part of the essential workers who needed adequate protection and support whenever they are carrying out their assignment.

The NSCDC boss added that people should continue to obey the rules of social distancing and stay at home during the curfew and lock-down.
