Lawmaker Canvases Strict Compliance to COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

Residents of Osun state have been advised to ensure strict compliance to measures at curbing Coronavirus pandemic in the state.

A former member of the Osun State House of Assembly, Mr. Kamil Oyedele gave the advice while speaking with Radio Nigeria in Osogbo.

Mr. Oyedele noted that the government’s advice on the use of face mask and maintaining social distance was for the benefit of the people to save them from the pain of contracting the disease.

He said with the increasing number of cases recorded in Osun state, it becomes necessary to ensure that people obey the guidelines to prevent COVID-19.

While commending the state government for its efforts at combating the disease, Mr. Oyedele urged health researchers not to rest on the oars until the virus is totally eradicated.
