Osun State government says it will embrace value added contributions from the populace in developing and making the state a better place to live for all.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Civic Engagement, Mr Olatunbosun Oyintiloye made this known at a meeting with executives of Osun State Barbing and Hairdressing and Cosmetology Association in Osogbo.

Mr Oyintiloye who described the beauticians as people of repute said their impact on the state economy cannot be overemphasized.

He identified the body as important stakeholder to the government noting that the government has placed values on them as a body that cannot be taken for granted.

In her remarks, the president of the association, Mrs Funmilayo Taiwo lauded Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s administration for identifying with them, expressing that the association will continue to support the government in its activities.

Mrs Taiwo however appealed to government to address their demands and yearnings which could boost the confidence of the members in the government.
