The newly sworn in Commissioners in Ekiti state have been officially inducted into the State executive council with a call on them to maintain secrecy and work for the overall interests of the people.
Governor Kayode Fayemi made the call at a brief induction of the new commissioners before the commencement of the weekly state executive council meeting in ado Ekiti.
Dr Fayemi also urged the commissioners to uphold the tenets of their new offices as well as shun all forms of partisanship and work for the collective good of the state.
Earlier, the Secretary to the state government, Mr Biodun Oyebanji implored the new cabinet members to abide by the rules of the council.
Radio Nigeria correspondent reports that the commissioners were equally given their guide in the office to study and apply in the daily running of their activities.
