Trade Union Congress, TUC, says it has not taken any bribe from
any quarters contrary to people’s opinion.

TUC Chairman, Osun State Chapter, Comrade Adebowale Adekola stated
this today while speaking with Radio Nigeria.

Comrade Adekola said the strike was suspended following an agreement
between the federal government and labour unions.

He maintained that the union always have the interest of workers at
heart and would never compromise

Comrade Adekola explained that federal government had suspended new
electricity tariff for two weeks to enable the distribution of prepaid
metres to all household in the country while fuel pump price remained.
