One of the suspected kidnappers is in the habit of standing at the junction in the last one month .
some of the motorcyclists alleged that exotic cars had been parking at night while the occupants usually chat with the mad man.
Earlier this week, a scavenger had escaped death after he was attacked by a suspected kidnapper feigning madness.
Meanwhile,Police officers have arrived the scene at time of filling this story.
