Ogun State House of Assembly has confirmed Governor Dapo Abiodun’s Commissioner Nominees for the Ministry of Information and Strategy as well as Education, Science and Technology.
The duo of former President, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Mr Waheed Odusile, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy and the Vice Chancellor, Tai Solarin University of Education, TASUED, Professor Abayomi Arigbabu.
Speaker of the House, Mr Olakunle Oluomo made the pronouncement after the presentation of a report of the House Committee on Selection presented by the Majority Leader, Mr Abiodun Yusuf and seconded by Mr Abiodun Sylvester.
The Speaker added that the committee had found them eligible and suitable for the job and were therefore confirmed for appointment as commissioners.
