Ogun State Command of Nigeria Police force has apprehended the notorious cultist simply known as Bobo, barely twenty four hours he was declared wanted.
The suspect was said to have taken to his heels after he allegedly murdered an automobile mechanic Salaudeen Lawal in Igbesa area of Ogun state.
The Spokesman of the state command, Mr. Abimbola Oyeyemi who confirmed the arrest in a statement said the 19 year old suspect, Babatunde Idris was arrested on Monday 19th of October 2020 when he was traced to his hideout at Surulere in Lagos State by detectives led by the DPO Igbesa division, Mr. Abayomi Adeniji.
Mr. Oyeyemi noted that the suspect had confessed committing the crime.
He said the suspect had been transferred to the homicide section of the State Criminal investigation and intelligence department for further investigation into his past activities and diligent prosecution
