One of the houses of Sunday Igboho located at Sanyo area of Ibadan has been burnt by some hoodlums.
Radio Nigeria gathered that the hoodlums arrived in a Hummer bus and Micra firing sporadically, and set the house ablaze at exactly 3am today.
The mini sitting room was burnt in the process while amount of other properties were destroyed.
Two brothers of Sunday Igboho that slept in the house explained that the hoodlums also had ammunitions with them when they struck.
Reacting to the situation,the police public relations officer Olugbenga Fadeyi said the investigation into the case has begun.
The building was however prevented from being burnt down completely by the efforts of Oyo State fire service.
Radio Nigeria observed that politicians and some other big shots in Oyo State have been calling on Chief Sunday Adeyemo ‘s new house which was closer to the scene of the incident to sympathize with him.
Sunday Igboho has been at loggerheads with Fulanis in Ibarapa land over alleged kidnapping, killing and other crimes insisting that they must leave the community.
