Nigerians have been urged to eschew evil and be more close to God despite the current socio economic reality.

The Reverend captain Musa Amos of St Augustine Military Church, Letmauck Cantonment, Mokola Ibadan gave the admonition at the burial ceremony of Late Rtd. Major Ola Lateef Ojutiku.

Reverend Captain Amos said Nigerians should not let their hearts be troubled by the security crises plaguing the country.

Children of the deceased said their father was a caring man whose vacuum would be hard to fill.

Wife of the deceased Mrs Olaoti Ojutiku who is also a staff of Radio Nigeria Ibadan, said her husband was a true definition of a good father.

Age 70, Late Major Ola Lateef Ojutiku died on 24th of January 2021, survived by wife, children and grandchildren.

He was laid to rest with full military honour at Military cementary Jericho Ibadan
