Affected traders of Agodi Gate fire disaster have continued to count their losses days after the heart braking disaster occurred.

Some of the traders, Mr Seun Babarinde who specializes in the sale of heavy duty vehicle tyres and Mr Rasheed Raji who sell imported vehicle engines and gears, said they lost over N100 million naira to the fire outbreak.

Speaking on the activities in the market after the incidence, the president of motor parts dealers union in the market, Alhaji Olanrewaju Moruf and the Babaloja of the market, Alhaji Raimi Adegoke said  wastes from the fire disaster were being evacuated while members were planning on the way forward.

They however appealed to well meaning Nigerians and philanthropic organizations to come to their aid.

Speaking in the same vein, the Baale of Agodi Gate, Alhaji Raimi Adegoke appealed government not to renege on the promise of assisting the affected traders in the market.

Radio Nigeria observed that teenagers were scavenging for sellable metals in the market while others were erecting tents.
 Some were sitting mournful while others were discussing their ordeals.
