Every government strives to give its citizen portable water, safe enough to ward off diseases such as cholera, typhoid, guinea worm and other water borne diseases.
In Osun State, the over #48.7 billion Ilesa Water Project being co-funded by World Bank, Islamic Development Bank and the Federal Government will no doubt improve water sanitation in the state, but for the unwholesome mining activities.
