Nigerians have been advised to be more involved in dance activities rather than regular exercise for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and improvement of body fitness.

A Dance therapist, Mr Abiodun Babalola gave the advice in an interview with Radio Nigeria in Akure, Ondo State capital, in commemoration of this year’s World Dance Day.
