Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has seek for more support from members of the public in order to serve them better.
NSCDC Commandant in Oyo state, Mr. Iskilu Akinsanya stated during his assessment of Agro Rangers Operation since its launch in Oyo State at the Command State Headquarters Agodi, Ibadan
Mr. Akinsanya expressed further that Agro Rangers Squad formulation came at the right time when the Country is facing different challenges on cultivation and rearing of animal to promote food Security through Agro allied industry.
He commended the support given to Agro Rangers Squad at Sepeteri in Saki West Local Government of the State where they equipped the Agro Rangers Squad with necessary gadgets to patrol 365 farms located at Sepeteri besically to give protection to farmers on the field during cultivation. This activities have been going on for quite some time and have yielded good result.
The State Commandant Akinsanya later called on all other big farmers and well meaning Nigerians to emulate this good gesture that has been in existence in Sepeteri and allow Agro Rangers serve them better to enhance food Security in Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
The NSCDC boss in Oyo state added that The Agro Rangers was created to serve the citizens of Nigeria, Support Agro Rangers with what they can use to Patrol your farms and be rest assured of safety and food sufficiency”. Commandant Iskilu Akinsanya emphasised.
