Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC has called for synergy among Security agencies to collectively fight against insecurity bedeviling the nation.

The new NSCDC Commandant in Oyo state, Mr Michael Adaralewa stated this during a courtesy visit by the management team of the Nigeria Correctional Service at its headquarters Agodi ibadan. 

Mr Aderelewa stressed further on synergy as only tool to nip crime in the bud so as to ensure a safe and peaceful society.

He stressed further that his administration have zero tolerance to vandalism, kidnapping and will make the State hot for criminals. 

Commandant Adaralewa appreciated the visit of Controller of Nigeria Correctional Service to Oyo NSCDC Command and assured him of NSCDC Command readiness to work with all Security agencies in the State to prevent sabotage. 

Controller of Correctional Service, Mr Ailewon Noel said apart from synergy, officers and men should endeavor to use their riffle to protect life and property of the citizens and not to oppress the public. 

The said the word accidental discharge by officers have claimed many innocent lives hence the need for men to always handle their weapons professionally.

He stated further by appreciating NSCDC for their support to the Correctional Service, especially during the unrest of End SARS in the Country recently.
