There was heavy security presence at the entrance of Osun State High Court, Osogbo earlier today as the masquerade’s custodian, Fashola Esuleke, Chief Imam, Kazeem Yunus and others are arraigned over attack on Kamarudeen Mosque where a cleric was shot dead and 14 worshipers sustained injury.

At the popular Oke-Fia roundabout which leads to the court, a patrol vehicle and policemen numbering about five were stationed at the point. 

Similarly, at the gate of the court adjacent the Osun State Government House, there was a heavy security presence of armed policemen numbering about 30 with about 10 patrol vehicles. 

Many sympathisers consisting of the Muslims and traditional worshippers were in the court premises. 

The courtroom was filled to its capacity and those who had no access hanged by the windows and car park.
