FG, JICA, Distribute Rice Seeds, Farm Inputs In Ibadan

Rice is one of the staple foods in Nigeria, and there is the need to promote its cultivation particularly with the ravaging effects of COVID-19 on farmers.

However, the federal government in partnership with the Japan International Agency, JICA, has distributed rice and other farm inputs to farmers in Oyo State to enhance its production.

Correspondent, Morenike Tony-Esan who was at the National Cereal Research and Institute, MOOR Plantation, venue of the distribution has the details.
