Eid-Kabir: NSCDC Deploys Over Two Thousand Personnel In Oyo

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ,NSCDC, Oyo state command has deployed over two thousand officers for Eid-el-kabir festival.
He said that all the Area Commanders, Divisional officers, Agro Rangers, Counter Terrorism Unit and Disaster management unit was part of the deployed officers for the festive period.
The NSCDC boss in oyo state said the officers would be positioned at all Eid praying grounds, Recreational Parks, motor parks and other places of Interest so as to be fully guarded by the personnel of the Corps to ensure hitch free celebration.
He said the deployment became imperative to reduce any form of criminality during the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Mr Adaralewa therefore called on Muslims to celebrate moderately and take all necessary preventive measure as COVID 19 is still very much around.
He enjoined the Muslim faithful to feel free and celebrate without any fear from any quarters.

The Commandant appealed to all residents in the State to always report any suspicious persons to the nearest Security agencies before the crime is been committed and to stop sending false information.
Meanwhile, Mr Adaralewa reassured the Citizens of the State on his zero tolerance to Vandalism of Critical National Asset security in the State and his administration will continue to fight anyone or bodies that wanted to disrupt the relative peace enjoying in the State before, during and after the celebrations.
