A media executive, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu, says Radio Nigeria has always been a platform to sharpen skills of broadcasters.
Dr. Tiamiyu said this while reacting to his appointment as General Manager of the first labour radio station in Africa, Pensioners FM, Ibadan.
Describing his appointment as a divine call, Dr.Tiamiyu noted that during his active service in Radio Nigeria, he underwent trainings that no other Radio station could give to media Professionals.
Dr. Tiamiyu while commending the management of Pensioners FM for their trust in him assured that he would live up to expectations.
Dr Babatunde Tiamiyu, who left the stable of Radio Nigeria in 2019 as a Principal Officer, was last Friday appointed the General Manager of Pensioners FM, Ibadan.
