Oyo state Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA) has hinted of plans to deploy traffic warden post and cubicles to strategic parts of the state for effective traffic coordination. 

The Chairman of the agency, Akin Fagbemi said made while taking delivery of traffic control stands and post donated to the agency at its administrative headquarters, Secretariat, Ibadan. 

He said the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde is doing everything possible to build a new Oyo State, which has become evident to all investors, by fixing infrastructures and paying attention to traffic management.

The OYRTMA called for more supports from other corporate organizations, which included a request for more donations of the traffic control stands to effectively tackle most strategic traffic places in the state .

The Police Stand Coordinator, Mr. Yemi Salako, representing the chairman of the donor organization, commended the agency’s efforts in the state, hinting that he is aware that the state is making proper use of the items earlier donated.

Mr Salako added that the initiative was part of the CSRs of the company in the last 27 years, assuring that the company is ready to do more for the state,
