Two more Commissioners Resume Duty in Ogun

The Two Commissioner-nominees sent to the Ogun State House of Assembly by the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun have been confirmed.  

The Majority Leader, Mr Yusuf Sheriff, moved the motion for the presentation of the report of the Committee of the Whole House and was seconded by Mr Abdul Oladunjoye during plenary in Abeokuta.

The confirmation of the nominees followed the adoption of the report of the Committee chaired by the Speaker, Mr Olakunle Oluomo but presented by his Deputy, Mr Akeem Balogun.

Mr Balogun noted that the nominees were scrutinized and were found eligible, qualified and suitable for the position. The two confirmed Commissioner, Mrs Olufemi Ilori-Oduntan and Mr Jamiu Odetoogun were screened yesterday.
