Regular appraisal; key to enhanced performance – FRCN ZD

Regular appraisal and effective monitoring of operations have been identified as necessary factors for enhanced performance in any organization.

The Zonal Director, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Mr Dominic Mokikan stated this at a forum with the management and staff of Paramount FM Abeokuta as part of his working visit to the station.

Mr Mokikan who restated Radio Nigeria’s commitment to providing a credible platform for quality broadcasting encouraged the staff to redouble efforts at sustaining the standard.

The Zonal Director gave the assurance that more resources would be deployed to boost the workers’ capacity and welfare, noting that the Corporation was collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to upgrade the system.

Earlier, the General Manager of Paramount FM, Mr Akinyinka Akintola had applauded the Zonal Director for embarking on the working visit to ensure on-the-spot assessment of the station with a view to strengthening the operations for the benefit of listeners.
