Driver, Motor-boy Abscond as Truck Crashes into Multiple Vehicles

Six persons have been presumed dead after a truck crashed into multiple vehicles in a devastating accident that occurred at Enu Gada Area of Lafenwa, Abeokuta, Ogun State. 

A witness who prefers anonymity explained that the truck with registration number AAA 86 XX lost control and crashed into a vehicle, two commercial motorcycles, registered as DE 968 V and AAB 387 VP, even as it also hit a Honda CRV marked EKY 857 GU.

Confirming the incident, the Public Relations Officer, PRO, Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency, Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi attributed the cause to brake failure while the truck was descending from Itoku en route to Enu Gada, Lafenwa.

Unfortunately, the driver and the motorboy reportedly disappeared and were nowhere to be found by the time the truck stopped.
