Christians have again been assured of their resurrection after death.
The Vicar, Saint Anne’s Church, Molete, Ibadan, The Venerable Olusegun Faleye gave the assurance during the Easter Sunday service.
He explained that the resurrection of Jesus Christ means Christians would also resurrect after death.
According to The Venerable Faleye, the resurrection of Jesus Christ validates that it is only God that has authority over sins and death which gives them hope of eternal life.

The Venerable Faleye pointed out that if Jesus Christ did not resurrect, the Christian faith would be in vain and that the resurrection of Jesus Christ has given credibility to the Gospel.
Highlights of the service were the Holy Communion and Thanksgiving.

In the same vein, people need to know that Jesus Christ lives forever, and can turn impossibility to possiblity.
Pastor Dotun Oyawoye of the Global Harvest Church, Magboro Branch, Lagos, said this during the Easter Sunday service of Outer Ring Road, Ibadan branch of the church.
Speaking on the theme of the sermon “Doing the impossible”, Pastor Oyawoye noted that, the supernatural power of Christ could perform wonders beyond human imagination.

He further said that, seeing through the power of God, and ignoring human limitations could help human grow better, and be more confident in Christ.
The cleric also urged Christians to have faith in God of all possibilities.
