The Tribunal Court to address petitions emanating from the National and State Houses of Assembly elections has been set up in Ondo State.

The court located in the premises of the state High Court in Akure the State capital is expected to hear petitions from aftermath of the elections held on February 23rd and March 9th.

The Secretary of the tribunal, Mr. Livinus Ugwu in an interview with Radio Nigeria said the members of the panel are yet to be made known and they are yet to arrive Ondo State.

Mr. Ugwu noted that the tribunal is yet to receive any petition as at the time of filing this report.

Petitions are expected to be filed twenty one days after the declaration of election results.
